Tilting Moments

Performance

How can we capture moments of transition? When do they begin, where do they end—and are we right in the middle of them? “Tilting Moments” explores the fleeting instant of transition. In this performance one large white fabric is set in motion by three performers for half an hour: it unfolds, begins to flow and swing, grows and ebbs – steps and breath and wind. Wave after wave, rising and falling— they reveal the changes taking place all around us. In the attempt to get hold of the volatile, moments of tilting appear.
